Overview
KEMET’s CBR HiQ RF Capacitor Series features a copper electrode BME (Base Metal Electrode) system that offers ultra-low ESR and HiQ in the VHF, UHF, microwave, and mmWave frequency bands. Low ESR allows for higher RF currents which are ideal for applications such as power amplifiers (PA), cellular base stations (4G/5G), telecommunication networks, vehicle safety systems, power trains, and V2X.
CBR Series capacitors exhibit no change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage and boast a negligible change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature.
