Here is a description of myKEMET and how this service benefits you. myKEMET allows us to do the following:

- Provide periodic communications to our myKEMET users about updates to our tools and products.
- We use the information from our registered users for these purposes only and the information is subject to our Privacy Policy.

| Samples | Your myKEMET profile allows quick filling of the samples request form with your personal information. When you request samples, you will be asked to login, after which your samples request form will be automatically populated with the information needed to process your request. |
| Help | Your myKEMET profile allows quick filling of the help request form with your personal information. When you request help, you will be asked to login, after which your help request form will be automatically populated with the information needed to respond to your question. |
| Buy Now | The results set for any CapacitorEdgeŽ search contains a "Buy" button associated with each part found. Your myKEMET profile is used to fill in personal information needed to process and deliver your parts. |
| Shopping Cart | As you add parts to your shopping cart, it is your myKEMET profile that stores this information, so you can retrieve it at a later time. MyKEMET allows you to add, remove, and store parts to this shopping cart until you are ready to complete your order. |
| CustomerEdge | If a user is a direct customer of KEMET, they can use this application to do quick quotes for products and to also inquire their orders and track shipments of those orders. This application communicates with our order entry system to deliver real-time information. Contact your customer service representative if you are interested in using this application. |
| Profile Features | You have full control of your myKEMET profile. You can at any time change your profile information, change your password, and set your automatic log in settings. |

CapacitorEdgeŽ is a powerful search tool offering full details on our products. Features include:
- Ability to search for specific parts based on part number, descriptioins, and competitor cross reference
- Quick access to parametric data, spec sheets, and catalogs
- Interaction with KEMET to request samples or ask questions
- Compare features between parts
- Specify parts based on your specific parameters

| CapacitorEdgeŽ | CapacitorEdgeŽ is our advanced product search tool which provides detailed information about our products and allows searches by competitor part number and by parametrics. |
| Intellispec | Intellispec is a one page datasheet for a specific KEMET part number. This datasheet can be stored in Adobe acrobat format and emailed to anyone from within the CapacitorEdgeŽ application. |
| Check Availability | Once a user has defined a KEMET product in CapacitorEdgeŽ, Check Availability can be used to check our distributors to see who has that product. Currently, users can directly link to the distributor's shopping cart with the KEMET part number for some of the distributors. |
| Compare | From within your search result set, simply select the check boxes for various parts and click "Compare". The parts are shown side by side with differences highlighted in red |
| Troubleshooter | As you specify a part, the CapacitorEdgeŽ troubleshooter can guide you step by step finding the best match to your specification |
