Description :
What is the Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) of your military ceramic products?

Answer :
Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) for surface mount components is based on J-STD-020. MLCC have an MSL of 1, since they have no plastic case or porous construction to entrap moisture. Leaded ceramic capacitors have not been characterized for MSL, since J-STD-020 applies to surface mount.
