CERTIFICATION OF BUSINESS SIZE
KEMET IS NOT a Small Business, defined
as an independently owned and operated business, not dominant in the field
of operation in which it is bidding, and does not exceed the limitation
of number of employees and dollar of sales as defined under the Federal
Acquisitions Regulation (FAR) clause 52.219-1 or 13 CFR 121.
